Users can create detailed, step-by-step isolation procedures for any type of equipment or work activity, ensuring all required isolation and reinstatement actions are clearly defined and consistently executed. Isolation procedures can be developed from scratch or generated from standardised templates, helping organisations promote best practices and reduce preparation time.
Templates and completed isolation procedures can be stored within a centralised library for future use, enabling proven isolation strategies to be reused, adapted and applied across similar assets and facilities.
To ensure safety throughout the isolation lifecycle, all activities are governed by competence-based workflows, role-specific responsibilities and electronic approvals. Reporting
Reporting in OpreX Control of Work allows the user to create and run reports using current and historical data derived from all Job, Task, Isolation and Personnel activity in the system. For example, a report could be created showing all permits completed in an area over a given time period.
