Incident Management within OpreX™ Control of Work provides a centralised, auditable approach to capturing and managing incidents, accidents, and near misses across operational sites. Embedded directly within the Control of Work environment, it supports consistent reporting, clear ownership, and full traceability from initial report through to close out.
By standardising how incidents are recorded and managed, teams gain better visibility of operational risk, investigation status, and corrective actions.

- Centralised incident logging using standardised incident forms for incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Unique incident reference numbers to support tracking, reporting, and audit requirements
- Advanced search and filtering by incident number, area, date, classification (Class 1–5), equipment type, and keywords
- Workflow based sign off with clearly defined, area specific responsibilities
- Reporting and documentation tools, including configurable logs, email distribution, and attachment of supporting files and images
- Flexible document storage, with the option to store files within the system or link to external cloud or server repositories
