Embedded directly within the Control of Work environment, it supports consistent reporting, clear ownership, and full traceability from initial report through to close out.

  • Unique incident reference numbers to support tracking, reporting, and audit requirements

  • Workflow based sign off with clearly defined, area specific responsibilities
  • Reporting and documentation tools, including configurable logs, email distribution, and attachment of supporting files and images
