We are now looking for a talented individual to join the implementation and projects team to deliver services and provide application support. With your HSE background, you will build on your existing skills while becoming an expert in solutions and services supplied by Yokogawa RAP to deliver successful projects.
You will act as a role model for all matters concerning health, safety and environment issues and review HSE incidents and near misses. You will identify corrective and preventative actions via knowledge fairs and workshops, networking, communities of practice etc. which can be captured within our knowledge base.

You will attend and host meetings and workshops with customers to discuss their requirements and maintain a good awareness of the risk profile. You’ll write, review and collaborate on design specifications to provide customised configurable solutions implementing Control of Work workflows to drive risk reduction and performance improvement.
Knowledge Management:At the core of the solution is a knowledge base of safety and control of work standards. Part of your role will be to review, research, and update this knowledge base on a routine basis with information from industry bodies, best practices applied by different industries, and communicate this information to users of the software.
Training course delivery:A vital phase of every project is the onboarding of new users of the system. You will also assist in the process of implementing software solutions that form part of the critical management systems for HSE by providing training services.
Customer relationships:Through the helpdesk, existing customers have a direct line to communicate with the team to ask for advice and request feedback on questions and best practice use of our solution. You will be an integral member of the team and assist with setting up an action plan to resolve customer technical problems.
Collaboration:The Implementation Teams work directly with both sales and product development teams, supporting sales activities with client demonstrations and informing the development team of the latest industry trends and customer feedback.
You will have a degree in a related discipline, Engineering or Science or equivalent experience, and NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety and Environmental or equivalent experience.

Salary: Level depending upon experience (HAY Grade 13)

Working as part of our development team of fifteen, as C#, .Net Software Developer you’ll work on all stages of the development lifecycle and support our specialised software.
Proven programming experience in the following:
You will need to be competent using front end technologies, C#.NET and SQL and have experience of all stages of IT product design. We are seeking a talented Test Analyst to join our test team and carry out application testing on our control of work software products. Successful candidates will work with and support our Test Team to create, maintain and improve existing test plans, and carry out system testing on a variety of client configurations.
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring system builds are stable and adhere to standards for usability and UI design prior to release. Working closely with the development team, you will assist in assessing performance of the products using performance/load testing tools.
